Now that I think about it, idkr. There are a bunch of television programs I'm really fond of. I guess I'll just give my top three or sth? For comedy, it'll have to be Just Shoot Me. It's so much better than FRIENDS, imo. When the show ended and was replaced by the 10-series hit, I decided to give the latter a try because it was so famous. Maybe it was because I was still in the JSM zone because I did not find FRIENDS amusing enough. It was just pretty much 'meh' for me--although I admit I liked it more and more as I watched. JSM still holds a special place in my heart though, it's just that good. The ending was also v. good, imo. Kinda depressing (because of the plot and the fact that it's ending) but still very, very good. I recommend this show for a good laugh. o/

For overall television program, I guess it's Grey's Anatomy? Idk. I know it's not as good as it was when it started. But the fact that even though I'm not updated, I am still intrigued and have not lost interest in eventually catching up days sth. When I'm not updated, I usually leave it at that because I get too lazy to continue it. I love Derek and Meredith's dynamic relationship. The interactions between each intern-now-resident is also sth to look forward to. Lines like "You're missing the point, I want to be around forty years from now." is just amazing. The way I have fallen in love with Addison's character despite her being the obstacle that came in between my otp is sth I find great. It's not all drama in GA, imo. There are also a number of entertaining scenes and lines like, "Dude, none of you are normal. You're freaking band nerds." ....I could go on but I'm too lazy for that.

Moving onto more recent shows, 10 Things I Hate About You is awesome overall. I have yet to see the movie although it's just collecting dust in my Kino but I really liked it. Thanks for sharing this, Mama-san! I thought the ending was hanging/lacking in some way though. Maybe it's the creator's style or method to intrigue the viewers into watching the second season--WHICH THERE SHOULD BE, BTW. IF A SEQUEL WILL NOT EXIST, HEADS WILL ROLL. Although I love Kat more, I love both Kat and Patrick individually and together. Patrick Verona--even his name is awesome! *O*

Because Filipino soaps are awesome, it deserves its own paragraph! Dahil May Isang Ikaw is really good, imo. I mean, sure. I haven't seen an episode since the week before they HOMGSPOILER! get married and that's what, almost a month away? But I still plan to catch up via online streaming someday. This is the show I liked enough to want to attempt and create subbed versions of. Waifu has offered to lend her video-creating services and psychedelic_aya is automatically in the group whether she likes it or not so yay, this goal is a possibility! o/ I'll probably buy the DVDs when they come out so we have hq raws to work with. This is obvsly better than Tayong Dalawa, imo.

I saw the pilot episode of the remake of Kath and Kim and that got me interested too. Not enough atm, though.

If Tokio Hotel had a movie, it'd probably that.

It's the first of the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy. The Curse of the Black Pearl is made of so much awesome, I don't think I'll ever get tired of watching it. Whenever I catch it on HBO or sth, I finish it until the end. It's just that epic! Although The Dead Man's Chest comes a close second, it's still just that--second. At World's End is also good--not just as good as the first two. While they get five stars from me, the last one gets only four or sth. I made a post about that before but I'm too lazy to find it and this isn't about At World's End anyway, it's about The Curse of the Black Pearl--which I have somehow deviated from lmao.

And just because I want to share, I will! o/ Next to the first two POTC movies, several other favorites are the Ocean's series, those awesome Korean Movies, The Italian Job, 21, Linda Linda Linda, Mulan, WALL-E, Enchanted, UP, Jay, Stardust, High School Musical 3: Senior Year, Patch Adams, The Departed, Millennium Actress, Tokyo Godfathers, The Prestige, Hogfather, Matchstick Men and The Interpreter among a lot lmao.

Can't say atm if it's a favorite but I'm also fond of New Moon. YEAH, GO ON AND JUDGE ME.

Our three Christmas trees went up today. Well, I say three, I mean the real one with gold decorations, the fake which my brother and I decorated (which looks like an ill disco ball) and my tiny glass one on my windowsill.

I'm so glad to be done with finals! Honestly they weren't that bad, and I got B+ or better in all my classes, but it's nice to not have anything that NEEDS to be done. I haven't gotten used to the feeling yet. All of today I was tense like I shouldn't be on the computer because there MUST be something that I should be doing, but there isn't!

I have to work tonight and then a shift tomorrow, and my winter break will officially start. I may snow Today/Tomorrow/Saturday so I'm hoping that it does at least a little! It can leave the heavy snow for the middle of break but it would be nice to get some pretty snowfall.

I really want to get back on track to losing weight. It got so bad around/after thanksgiving because no one really bought food, we just kept going out or eating whatever crap was around. I'm afraid to step on the scale cause I know it's going to be bad. The problem is our freezer is broken and no one will call our landlord. I keep not doing it hoping that either of my roommates will at least attempt to be helpful or responsible, and neither of them do. It's like cleaning, I just don't do it hoping they might, but then they never do. I just need to suck it up and do it, really. *sigh*

I don't feel very Christmasy this year, in fact I kind of feel the opposite. Like I wish it didn't have to happen cause it's just a hassle and costs a ton of money. The fact that I'm spending over two paychecks on Christmas is just...I'd rather get people nice birthday presents. ^^;;

So I'm off to Berlin tomorrow night. I'm buying a sketchbook today to draw and write about the trip - and I also found a Hetalia FST about the Berlin Wall, which is exactly on time.

I'm excited, but I actually need to get packing - I'll start tidying my room, then at nine/ten I'll go shopping, then finish tidying (and hopefully find my glasses and other bits and pieces lost in my room somewhere) and then work on my homework. It's only one piece about the Nazi Church - but I have a good idea what I'm doing now, so it'll be easy.

AH SCRAP THE SHOPPING/TIDYING BIT. The clock on the wall had stopped, so I thought it was half seven when it was really eleven. /headdesks

Oh, also, I'm really happy about the Netherlands being created - because now Belgium's all over Pixiv. Her popularity has skyrocketed (well, maybe I'm exaggerating) because now there's a smexy incestous relationship to put her in? I'm hoping this means that when I cosplay her, I might get recognised ^^

Well, not really. In actuality, I somehow managed to manage my time so well that I hardly have anything to do. Study for a Japanese exam. Study for a design exam. Finish a design project, finish an illustration project. That's it. And those projects are half or well over half finished anyway.

I'm sad that I still have to endure a whole 4 more days of work though. Slight crying.

So...winter break. Think I'm gonna relax, and work on cosplay. Hopefully get everything of Nicole's ready to sew before she leaves. I wanna get Azula finished and most of Aurora's dress finished before the end of break. With three weeks of no work or school I don't find that unreasonable, especially since I have no plans other than Christmas eve and Christmas. I'm getting kind of excited about sleeping, though. 9am class again next quarter. 18 credits. Three work shifts. Gonna be so...so...busy.

Once again I'm questioning what I want to do after school. I don't think I want to get a Masters, but I also don't feel like I'll be getting a job anywhere. I picked a field that doesn't guarantee jobs to anyone, and that I honestly do not have a whole lot of talent with. Ideally, I keep feeling like I just want to be a seamstress or something. I constantly wonder if I picked the wrong school and the wrong major. I don't regret coming here, I am just worried about my future I guess. Leaving Bellingham in less than two years and going...well...somewhere with absolutely no money and lots of debt and not a good outlook on the job market and not possessing outstanding skills in my field is a little discouraging. I definitely feel like I should work hard and forgo vacations and too much spending to look out for myself, though. Probably no vacation this summer. Oh well.
